What you can do for us…..

Every job needs a purchase order.  It should indicate the size, colour and quantity of the garments being sent to us.  It also helps to let us know where your products are being shipped from and when we should expect them.. (we’ll keep an eye out!!)

Be sure to include all shipping instructions on your PO with lables if we’re shipping direct to your clients.

All artwork for our digitizer can be sent via email in most vector files.

How we do it for you…..

  • Send us your PO with artwork and we’ll have a sample swatch emailed to you within 1 to 3 business days
  • When the swatch is approved, order is pulled and goods are checked against the PO to ensure that the proper garments are being embroidered
  • One pre-pro is then embroidered prior to production
  • Garments are embroidered, backing cut, embroidery cleaned, pressed and poly-bagged.
  • Every order is packed according to size with each box marked with it’s contents
  • Your orders are then shipped according to your PO whether blind or split shipped
  • Finally, waybills are faxed to your office so you can track your orders
